- Identification and contact: the email and phone number you give us.
- Order content: recipient's name, occasion, story, qualities, memories and message you write to create the song.
- Payment data: processed directly by the payment gateway. We don't store card numbers; we only keep transaction references (status, id).
- Technical and browsing data: IP address, campaign parameters, and analytics/marketing cookies.
2. What we use it for
- Creating and delivering the song, and letting you access your order.
- Processing payment.
- Communicating with you about your order (e.g., access link).
- Marketing and campaign attribution.
- Security and fraud/abuse prevention.
- Improving the service, preferably in anonymized form.
3. Who we share it with
We only share data with providers necessary to run the platform:
- Hosting and database: Vercel and Supabase.
- Lyrics and music production: third-party music production technology providers.
- Payment: Stripe.
- Security/anti-bot: Cloudflare.
Some of these providers may process data outside your country of residence, under the appropriate contractual safeguards.
4. How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time.

We use technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including access control, encryption in transit, and storing audio in a private environment with restricted access.

The platform isn't directed at anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors without guardian consent.
