Versong creates personalized songs from the information you give us (recipient, occasion, story, style, tone and voice), using proprietary and third-party music production technology. You receive a free preview (audio snippet and part of the lyrics) and only pay to unlock the full song.

To create a song, you provide a valid email and phone number, used so you can access your order and receive delivery. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information and content you submit.

The price is shown before purchase. Payment is processed by an external provider (payment gateway), by card. The full song and complete lyrics are unlocked after payment is confirmed.

Since you evaluate the free preview before paying, the purchase is made with full knowledge of the outcome. As this is a digital, personalized product delivered immediately after payment, there are no refunds once unlocked, except in case of a proven technical failure that prevents delivery. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, play and share the purchased song for personal, non-commercial purposes (gift, tribute, social media). Commercial use requires prior authorization.

You may not use the platform to create illegal, offensive, discriminatory, or defamatory content, or content that incites violence or violates third-party rights. We may refuse or remove orders that break these rules.

Each song is a creative output, subjective and artistic in nature. We don't guarantee a specific style, voice, or word-for-word fidelity to the lyrics — that's why you can listen to the preview before deciding to buy.

We work to keep the platform available, but it may face interruptions due to maintenance or third-party failures (production, payment, or hosting providers). Our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the song in question.
